Welcome to DeepaData. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DeepaData Pty Ltd's ("DeepaData", "we", "our", or "us") website, developer console, APIs, and emotional tagging infrastructure (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using DeepaData, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you're entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
1. Overview
DeepaData provides developers and platforms with tools to tag, process, and manage emotionally meaningful metadata using our schema-based engine (including emotional prints, gravity scores, and .ddna structures).
These services are intended for professional use and are subject to fair, ethical, and compliant use at all times.
2. Account Eligibility
You must:
- • Be at least 18 years old
- • Use accurate and complete registration information
- • Maintain the security of your credentials
- • Be authorized to act on behalf of any entity you register
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- • Use DeepaData to violate the emotional privacy or consent of individuals
- • Use the services to train models or replicate the schema without a commercial license
- • Probe or exploit vulnerabilities
- • Reverse-engineer, modify, or resell any part of the service without our permission
You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account, including API usage and schema configuration.
4. Data Ownership & Rights
Your Data
You retain full ownership over all data you input, tag, or retrieve using DeepaData.
Our IP
DeepaData retains intellectual property rights over its schema, scoring systems, interface designs, and internal data structures.
Use of the DeepaData schema or output in external AI systems, training datasets, or commercial products beyond evaluation must be licensed accordingly.
5. Payment & Billing
If you access paid services:
- • Charges are based on usage (e.g. number of prints tagged, volume of API calls)
- • Payment is due monthly unless otherwise agreed
- • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access

6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:
- • These Terms are violated
- • Use poses a risk to the system or others
- • Payment obligations are not met
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting info@deepadata.com. Upon termination, all associated data can be deleted upon request.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
We provide DeepaData "as is" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, performance, or accuracy of emotional interpretation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- • DeepaData is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the past 12 months
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, legal developments, or business needs. We will notify registered users of material updates and maintain a changelog.
Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
