DeepaData Pty Ltd ("DeepaData", "we", "our", "us") provides infrastructure enabling developers to tag, store and retrieve emotionally meaningful data. We are committed to protecting the privacy of both our customers and their end-users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect data when you interact with our website, developer console, APIs or services.

Customer Content

Emotional tags, metadata and input data sent to DeepaTag
.ddna prints, Gravity Scores and other schema outputs

We treat all customer data — especially emotion-tagged content — with heightened sensitivity.

We do not sell, rent or monetize user data. Ever.

You retain full ownership of your data and tagged content. We store data only as required to deliver and maintain your service and will never repurpose it without permission.

Our emotional tagging schema is user-controlled and portable, aligning with emerging digital-memory standards.

4. Data Retention

Retention period follows your plan or API parameters.
Account logs & operational metadata kept for integrity and billing.
